ok check these: timing at the right posistion , try starting at the most retarded position and turn the dist. slowly until u get it to start or u get to0 the end. If u get to the end make sure u are getting spark all the way down to the plug , dont check one , check all 4. If thats ok check u are geting fuel into the motor , also check u are not getting to much , Bentley has procedures on checking cold start valve , etc ...
