In my opinion you shouldn't buy a used o2 sensor, you should get a new one. 
 It's a important sensor that whenever you change it, you should buy new.  And 
it's not really expensive, depending on your model, it should be somewhere 
between 50-75$.  The o2 sensor is the sensor that I would qualify as the most 
important one used by the computer to ajust the mixture, it's the engine 
feedback to the computer to tell how close the mixture is to the supposely 
perfect 14.7:1 (perfect mixture for lowest emission).
