Thanks all for the info. I'm convinced i'ts at least the passenger axle, I'm not sure if the vibration has killed the wheel bearing also. Does anyone know about the vibration damper mentioned in Bentley chapter 5.2? It says it comes on some models? Which? Does anyone think this might help? It doesn't LOOK expensive(fig 5-21) and it looks fairly easy to install (heard both of those before) The axle seems fine, I torqued the bolts as per Bentley. The axle nut I did by hand as my torque wrench doesn't go up to 195 ft/lbs. I don't want to spend the money I have for new rotors on rebuilt axle. Thanks again, Steve
