You'll still need the a2 lines. on an a3 the hard lines terminate in
different spots then they do in an a2. Regardless of the caliper it is this
hardline location that matters.
I'd go with two pints. i just did my brakes and got 3 of them done and ran
out of fluid. it really sucked.
