I was out changing the oil this morning and noticed that the back of my tranny (5spd) is all wet. I know it's not the driver's side flange seal, as I've replaced that and it doesn't look wet near it. It's leaking down from the top. I've changed the rubber grommet around the speedo cable before, but maybe it's leaking again.
The only other thing I see back there is the input shaft? Is there a seal around this that could be leaking? Also, I noticed that the back of my engine block still has oil leaking down it from somewhere. *sigh* Laters, Brian 1989 Jetta GLI 16v Wolfsburg
