Hey all, I am sure the motor oil topic has been beaten to death over the years w/ the 16v...so here we go again.
I live in Raleigh NC. The winter temps here can dip down below 10F once and a while. I run 20w-50 conventional in the summer. It is time for an oil change and was wondering if I should look at 15w-40 to carry me through the winter. I change the oil every 4-5 months as I average 3.5k miles in that period. What do other people run in the winter? summer? Thanks, Greg Bensinger
