  You can use a deep offset wrench.  Than works just fine.

  I had to make one this weekend.   Took about 15 minutes with a grinder 
  (because I messed up twice) and a $3 deep 9/16" socket I bought from 
  discount auto.  Not  sure where you can buy one.
