i remove it on all of my cars and have never noticed a difference

I removed the metal block and mounting ears from my subframe. I initially 
noticed only a slight increase in vibration at highway speeds (60-65 mph) or

3000-3200 rpm. Additionally, it is now easier to remove and replace the R 
axle.
