There's a 10mm bolt underneath the center of the front
of the seat.  Take this out.  Then move the seat
forward and remove the two plastic trim peices from
the tracks behind the seat.

Move the seat all the way back out of the tracks. 
Tilt the seat up and disconnect any wiring harnesses
there may be.  Lift seat up and out of car.
