Sounds like you're having a height issue - pull down the headliner and you'll see some adjusters on both sides of the sunroof panel in the rear. Loosen the screws slightly and push the panel down GENTLY - the adjusters themselves have teeth - the screws merely make the teeth mesh. This sounds confusing now - when you look at the assembly, hopefully it'll make sense.
