i know its a pain, but you should check the sun roof drains, if they arent hooked up properly, youll get a nice lake in your car, when i had my heater core replaced in my 89 GLi, the idiots at the shop didnt remember to hook the sunroof drain hoses back up and so it just drained into my car.
