2.0L 16V Jetta
I keep breaking alternator mounting bolts and the ears off the lower part of
my alternator. They either break or back out (yes they are tight). Could
someone describe the lower mount setup (does it use 1 or 2 bolts and how do
they go in/from the ends or from 1 side). This is getting really
frustrating. Went on a long trip this weekend and the right lower busted
AGAIN (bolt broke off in mounting bracket) Got back with zip ties holding it
together (yeah, you read it right!) Any ideas, feedback or similar
experience appreciated (non smartass preferred)
