Ouch. Sounds like the ECU might be dead. Check the big connector that plugs into the ECU. Clean the contacts per Alex's instructions, and make sure it's securely plugged into the ECU. It's also possible that the DPR somehow developed a short to ground, which could give you a zero voltage/current reading. Try unplugging the DPR and see what, if anything, is coming in on the harness from the ECU - see Bentley for pinout.

Update.....
Yesterday I hooked up the meter and checked the DPR
value...... ZERO.... yup, no reading at all.

I pulled the 02 sensor and it was BLACK with carbon.

I replaced it with a brand new factory O2.

Started it back up, symptoms are exactly the same.....
checked the meter and still got no reading.

Started raining so I quit for the day.

This morning I went out and hooked up the LED test
light. I have ran codes before in the past with no
problems. This time as soon as I hooked in the LED, it
lit up, even with the ignition off. I am using a 1/4
330 OHM resistor on the negative leg as required.

What gives? I would hate to start throwing parts at
this thing wildly!! ($$$$)
