Not that I can think of... it's about as straightforward as it gets.
Say, 0.01% more difficult than an oil change.
I like to put some lube down the cable sheath, to make it smoother. I've
used some "liquid graphite" stuff before, but I can't find it here, so I
just use vaseline oil (Johnson & Johnson Baby Oil, he he)
