The ducts for the brakes which you mentioned should work fairly well for cooling the front rotors. I think one set is made by North Viking. As for the fog lights, I've never noticed them adding a significant amount of light, as their cutoff is rather low and wide. Perhaps adding a relay kit to the stock headlights, giving you improved lighting, then installing the pre-made ducts would be an option worth exploring.

Has anyone created an air duct for the front brakes on the big bumper A2's
similar to what the small bumper 16V's had?  I know there is a kit that
replaces the fog lights, but since I'm still using the piece of crap stock
headlights, I can't remove the fog lights.

If you have, can you send a pic or two or at least describe how you did it?
