When I pulled the pump there was gas in the tank. I filled it right after and it took 10.6 gallons. I was also thinking that the might be related to the RP drop, under 3K the RPM will drop to 1200 and then gradually come back up. I am also suspicious of the computer. I do have an extra. BTW I already cleaned the ground strap to the engine and to the frame.
