Did you adjust the part within the caliper, resetting it, when you replaced
the pads?  It needs to be turned back; sometimes that will free up even a
sticking unit...  and check your brake proportioning valve (it's unlikely to
be involved, but if the caliper is sticking, you're probably at the point
where the proportioning valve will stick, too).  HTH
