I bought a Jetta III from a snow state which came equipped with aftermarket steel 15" wheels in a 4x100 bolt pattern. They also have a second bolt pattern for other cars. They are bolt centric wheels (vs Hubcentric) and are fitted with 195/50-15 tires. It also accepts the OEM VW bolts. I don't quite know where the original owner purchased these wheels but they look similar to wheels sold on www.tirerack.com
I have them currently installed on my VW Truck and they fit easily in the wheelwells and over my 10.1" Scirroco brakes.
