Thanks for the feedback so far. I'm going forward with a H&R Cup Kit as it has
low miles on it and I'm getting a good deal on it. The shocks and struts are
valved for the spring and lowering rate (1.5"-1.75"). I was ready to pull the
trigger on H&R Sport Springs and Boge Turbo on Friday but Potterman and
Germanautoparts.com were closed. I did more research on vortex and most folks
were happy with the Cup Kit for comfort and reasonable drop. I ordered some G60
strut mounts, upper bushings, bump stops, dust covers, and shock mounts from
Germanautoparts today.

My only concern now is if the A-arms will be more than 180 degrees (parallel)
which is not good. I was considering the VR6 strut mounts to raise a bit but
opted for the Corrado G60/Passat 16V mounts were are a bit beefier. I will
advise on my findings when I have the kit installed in a few weeks.

Thanks,

Jim
