Any decent shop can press the old bearings out and the new in.  When I had mine
done a couple of years ago it was $30 or so.  Call first.  One specialty
froiegn shop wanted like $60 to do it.  What a rip for a 20 minute job.
It is also a great reason to buy a new tool.  If I was to do it again I would
by a bench top press from Harbor Freight.  I think they are like $70 or less.
Can't beat Harbor Freight.
