[a2-16v-list] Full Motronic Conversion

Would there be any performance gains by converting a 2.0l 16V from CIS-E
Motronic to FULL MOTRONIC from a 97 GTI 2.0l 8V?
Would it make a difference if the MOTRONIC system was chipped using a custom
GIAC chip?
