I just finished replacing the valve seals on my head.
Pretty easy job really.
Once the cams, springs, and valves are out get a pair of needle nose pliers
and start pulling them out.  Be careful not to damage the valve guide.  I
found if I turned or wiggeled the valve seal with pliers they came out a bit
easier.

To put the new seals in I used a 11mm deepwell socket and 3" extension,
greased up the seal, fit the seal into the socket and tapped it in with a
hammer.

It's that easy!
