I just finished replacing the valve seals on my head. Pretty easy job really. Once the cams, springs, and valves are out get a pair of needle nose pliers and start pulling them out. Be careful not to damage the valve guide. I found if I turned or wiggeled the valve seal with pliers they came out a bit easier.
To put the new seals in I used a 11mm deepwell socket and 3" extension, greased up the seal, fit the seal into the socket and tapped it in with a hammer. It's that easy! What tool works best? how to I put the new seal on? I'm on a roll now!
