I have the same reservations Adam, but I think we're going to have to get
used to the idea one of these days. We already have no "physical" connection
to the throttle, and Mercedes has working prototypes with steer and brake by
wire. Soon, it's all going to be a 3d video game. 

Of course we can all revolt, and keep repairing our A2's for the next 50
years. =)
