Dash is 3.5" and rear deck is 4". I have used wedge shaped box speakers on the rear deck. The door depends on whether you have activ speakers. With activ speakers I made a couple of brackets to fit in 5 1/4". My 92 Jetta GL had tweeters in the dash.
