Well, I was at work. I stayed late to get caught up on a few things. Our office is in the West End of Pittsburgh. Not too great of a neighborhood.....but not a really bad one either. Maybe red is the wrong color for that neighborhood? Haha
It happened around 9:30 or 10 PM. I heard the noise and looked out the window but didn't see anyone on the street. The street has a lot of traffic so I didn't think anything of it.
