naw :o) gotta love those vw eletrical gremlins, in my 87 gti 16v if u tach'd 
it out in 1-2-3rd soon as you let off the car would die unless you cut the a/c 
on :o(
and continue to blink after you let the car warm up for 2 min and drive it
around town?
