Needed a torch to get them 2 turn. They all came out in pieces. I did it with the manifold off, otherwise I would have had debris in head. JV Mark Reda wrote:

All did not go so smoothly. I manged to get cyl's 1, 2, and 3 without any probs. Cyl no. 4 was not fun. The injector came out but the Air-Shroud cap was left behind in the injector seat. I was planning on removing the injector seat (or injector insert) with a 12mm or 13mm hex tool (as per the Bentley) then tap out the Air Shroud Cap from the injector insert and putting it back on the injector. Will the injector work properly once the Air Shroud Cap is put back on? Thanks guys, Mark Reda. _______________________________________________ a2-16v-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.a2-16v.com/mailman/listinfo/a2-16v-list For list archives, see listinfo link above.
