I have bilstein's and ground controls.  I"ve tried a couple different rate 
springs and the best combo street/track setup for me is 350/300.    It's still 
understeer enough to be safe on the street but balanced enough to be fun.  If i 
were going to do a track only setup i'd run something more along the lines of 
400/400.  I autox frequently and have done a couple trackdays, it's tons of 
fun.  I used to run 400/300 but found that set up had too much understeer.  It 
also wasn't very comfy on the street.  I also have the eibach 25/28mm swaybars 
so your setup may be different.  If i were on stock bars i'd run like 350/350.  
I'd say that the suspension is the best part of my car.  The only reason i 
haven't sold it actually...
