I've got none for sale.
You can't have your cake and eat it too.. Any gains in the top end of the
range, will provide loss to the low end, and vice versa.
3. Can a stock CIS-E system provide enough fuel for a 2.0 w/cams?
Yes. Without a doubt.
Just by tweaking f/a mixture screw?
Good luck with the mixture screw settings and getting it right, unless youve
got mad experience with setting the CO adjustments..
4. Anyone use centerforce clutch?
Not in a VW, I haven't. In other cars, yes.

You'll love the 2.0. Is your GTI a 16 or 8v currently? If 16v, then use
the 1.8 head. "better ports" ;)
