I have a Motronic misfire that:
- doesn't happen until the engine has run for about a minute
- causes really bad idle
- isn't as noticable at freeway speeds
- I've replaced the distrubutor, plugs, cap, and rotor.
- I haven't checked the spark plug wires
I'm thinking it's down to the knock sensor or ECU but I'm just not sure
how to nail it down.
It runs perfect in the morning for 30secs-1min and then goes bad.
Something tells me this is the key to what the problem is but I just
don't know enough about what does what during initial warm up.
Any help greatly appreciated.
