Hey Eric and 16vers, Good seeing this list still alive and kicking. I can't believe I first joined it circa 1995!
I walked by my 91 GTI 16V this morning as I left to work, she does not get driven enough and is sad. I did finally get plates and registration on her this year after almost 8 years off the road, so maybe now I can start working out all the little things that have gone wrong from too many years of underuse. Her belts are sounding like a banshee when I turn the wheel and either the power steering pump is gone or I forgot that this car has no power steering, ha. I also need to get rid of the poly motor mounts, they are shaking the car apart. That and I am getting old and want more quiet. I'll probably eventually put on a super quiet exhaust as the TT exhaust has grown too loud. Man, I've become a grumpy old guy... ha.
