I rarely see 16Vs in the salvage yards anymore.

I was lucky. I bought a 55mm downpipe that had been sitting on a back shelf
in the Autotech warehouse. I think i paid $20 for it.  I doubt they have
any more. I also bought a dual outlet 16 V exhaust manifold knowing I'd
likely never ever see them again. As luck would have it, mine was cracked
and I had the new replacement on hand.  At the time Autotech was cleaning
out their shelves of old stock that no one buys.

I still see them listed at tectonics so i suspect they may still sell them.
