Speaking of seat belts, I want to put in "regular" seatbelts in front, any how tos anyone seen out there on how to do this?

I noticed the retractor mechanisms only release at between 0 degrees and 330 degrees vertical (this is also printed on the retractor housing tiny letters)... my challenge here will be to fabricate/weld while ensuring that the angle is maintained.
