I think the analog gauges I had were Milton. At one point, I had 2, one with a hose, one without. What bothered me about those was they didn't read the same. They were consistent in their inconsistent readings, but I felt I never knew which was actually correct. Until I got the digital gauge, that is. Hence my preference for the digital. In reality, knowing exact tire pressure isn't the issue. It's correlating tire wear with pressure, and keeping side to side pressures equal. If you're racing or running track days, then cornering/braking performance is closely related to, and adjusted by tire pressures. But you knew that...😉
