I had what, back in the day, was called a "cracked" copy of ETKA. It only ran on Windows XP, and required changing a couple of system files in Windows in order for it to run. I found it to be a invaluable tool for looking up part numbers, viewing exploded assembly drawings, and checking out VW models which were never sold in the US. If you manage to find an unlocked (cracked) copy, still have a computer running XP, and have access to the special Windows system files, by all means go for it.
