Awesome,  I used this page to decode almost all of the codes on this sticker.

I assume LY3D means ‘Tornado Red’,  this the result of the rest of my decoding. 
 Two things seem strange and are probably just outdated codes,  18” wheels and 
No Radio option.  I don’t think any of these came with anything larger than 15” 
wheels and I wonder why anyone would order ‘no radio’.  When I bought the car 
circa 1997,  it already had an aftermarket radio so I can’t be sure what was in 
there from day one.  There were speakers installed though.

Most of the 91/92 16Vs probably came with these same options.  Probably color 
was the only choice anyone had,  maybe power seats?
