Just my 10 cents: For most suspension, bracketry, clutch/flywheel, etc. purposes, a cheap torque wrench of questionable accuracy is probably okay. But for torqueing aluminum heads to, in particular, iron blocks, I personally prefer a tool with more assured accuracy. I had four SW wrenches which at the time I purchased them weren't terribly expensive, (under $100, I think) but afforded me some piece of mind. They could also be calibrated.
