So I made more progress on my 16v and am now getting fuel to the fuel 
distributor after patching up the transfer pump, transfer pump housing and 
rebuilding the main fuel pump and housing.

Only to find that the main fuel supply line to the fuel distributor is leaking 
where it converts from rubber to metal.

Does anyone know the part numbers for the supply and return fuel lines at the 
fuel distributor?

Alternatively, it seems like Goodyear made an aftermarket kit at some point - 
has anyone seen this kit for sale anywhere?  Would be great to replace all 
these fuel lines at the engine with new ones.
