I agree that it should be an error if it cannot find the style, so I
shall do that.

As for the quotes, there is no need for quotes even if the filename has 
spaces in it.  The only exception would be if the filename started or 
ended with a space.

When the quotes are used in the shell, mkgmap never sees the quotes.
