Hi, After some experiments with the hex editor I figured out that in the POI record the 2 byte "City index" field has dual meanings regarding the 0x8000 bit. Maybe if 0x8000 bit is set that means the poi has City index (Name, City, Region, Country) else that means the poi has region index only (Name, Region, Country).
