I also received this error about a week ago (you should be able to find the relevant messages in the archive). The error went away inexplicably. You could always restart your system and try this again. Mark suggested raising the block size to one of the suggested values, as we may have to do so at some point anyway. Even though this is not recommended in the options file, it is worth trying.
