The Nuvi user reported that he had problems routing from Tapiola, Espoo to Kumpula, Helsinki but it is now working OK, both for me (Edge 705) and him. Maybe it was just bad source data.
He also reported that the map says "family name" instead of something like "Osm 03.12.2009". I can repeat that on my Edge 705. Has this been changed recently, perhaps related to some MDR stuff? It used to work last time I looked, several months ago.
