I thought that this might be of interest to us mkgmap folks. Do we know
how Garmin is storing this stuff? Is it only something for NT maps?

I just committed a plugin for manipulating turnlanes relations. For
more information on those you can see my proposal in the OSM wiki

tried very hard to make the GUI straightforward and intuitive; I hope
you guys enjoy that. ;)
Please let me know if you find any issues I should fix.
PS: I would really like people (not just JOSM devs) to consider the
aforementioned turn lanes proposal. Is it appropriate to post a mail
to the Tagging mailing list, asking people to have a look?
