I've tested an old CN on Basecamp and couldnt find any new issues compared to 
the Mapsource version.
Cyclists are still routed to national routes that are forbidden to cycle on, 
but this is because Garmin doesn't care about bike riders. Of course cars are 
not routed on bikepaths because CN simply doesn't show them. So you can't 
compare this to OSM maps.
