Thanks very much (and to wanmil for committing) I can confirm that after
switching to the memory_optimization branch, I can split the parcel data
file and the resulting map looks fine in RoadTrip.  (This is using
Charlie's TYP and style, plus a rule to map boundary=parcel to a minor
depth countour.)
