Hi Gerd, I have another related (cosmetic) issue with tile borders which exists already some time (november 2011) but maybe you can have a look at it?
You can see the issue on every map in Mapsource when you select the tiles. They get a yellow border, but not only in the outlines, but sometimes inside the tiles too.
