Your character table is damaged in CP1252. Still I can see that you have 
missed ASCII 'S';)

I would expect that accented characters are treated like basic ones. 
This is how it works in Garmin maps. I can write "Kraków" or "Krakow" 
and get the same search results. See for example at accented 'Z', 
probably they should be in the same row as ASCII 'Z'.
