Okay - that's how I thought it would work. Could maybe maybe the syntax be changed from mkgmap:access:MODE=YES/NO to mkgmap:MODE=YES/NO -- till now it was MODE=YES/NO so mkgmap:MODE=YES/NO would be enough.
