So if copy is reversed too, then not because of routable roads merging but maybe because it is merged in a separate action too? Then suggested attribute mkgmap:reversible=no for a copy could solve problems.

Probably should be "continue_with_reference", if copy is default. It won't solve problems but could add some choice for map creator.
