mkgmap:highest-resolution-only works for me.
But I have noticed another problem. Please see this road in the sample I
have attached for v6 testing:

mkgmap doesn't create opposite cycleway for this road. The same goes for
trunk, patch v6 and v7. I think I have seen cycleway at this place, but
maybe it was when I have tested definitions for cycleway in style.
